We currently offer delivery 7am to 9pm Monday to Saturday. We don’t deliver items on public holidays or on Sundays. Here’s a more detailed breakdown of the kind of delivery we offer for Homebase products:
Standard delivery |
Depending on your location, or if the item is delivered by our suppliers, next or named day delivery may not be available. Standard delivery is usually made within 5 days. We'll give you a rough idea of delivery times when placing your order. Deliveries to postcodes starting in BT, KW, IV, PH, PA or TR may take a little longer than stated on our website, our carriers will be in touch to confirm your delivery date. |

For selected items, you may have the option to arrange your delivery on a day of your choice, subject to availability. Costs vary depending on the product and day of delivery. Restrictions may apply. |
Delivery to store |
If an item is not available at your local store, we may be able to send the item to your local store within 2 days, subject to availability. |
Bulky items |
For bulkier items such as a kitchen or bathroom project, our delivery partner will be in touch once you have completed your order to arrange a delivery booking on a date that suits you. |
Deliveries from store |
For items that you arrange to be delivered when in store – these will be delivered within a specified window advised to you. We'll confirm delivery the day before. |
