Unfortunately, our kitchens, bathrooms, and concession items with independent payment systems are excluded from Homebase returns.
Aside from these, our general policy is if the item is returned in resalable condition within 30 days, we can refund you the full amount.
We know some bulky and large items that have been delivered can be a bit tricky to return yourself - for example indoor and outdoor furniture. Rest assured that these items are still fine to return and we’ll be happy to collect them for you. Just get in touch with our customer service team to arrange this.
