Our dedicated customer service team is always on-hand and happy to help in any way we can. If you have received your item and are unhappy with the quality - be that purchased in store, via our Click and Collect service, or through home delivery, there are ways you can discuss it with our team.
We always put in the time and effort to make sure our products are of the highest quality. However we understand that sometimes mistakes happen and your item may not be up to par in terms of the standard you expect from us.
If you bought it in-store, please don’t hesitate to contact your local store to discuss your item. You may need a receipt for any action to be taken, so if you’re going in-store to speak to the team be sure to take it with you.
For any orders placed online, please contact our customer services team and have your order number ready. They will be happy to arrange a return or replacement for your item if it’s not up to Homebase quality standards.
