While we pride ourselves on quality, on rare occasions you may end up with a damaged item. If this happens please contact our customer services team who are happy to help.
In our returns policy, you’ll see that we offer a full refund or exchange if an item is faulty, or develops a fault within 30 days of you receiving it. If you bought it via Click and Collect or in-store, simply take your item back to the store you bought it at. If you bought your item online, just get in touch with our customer services team, who’ll be happy to arrange a replacement item or refund. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we’re here to help you get a replacement item out as smoothly and quickly as possible.
If your product develops a fault after 30 days but within six months of purchase or receipt of the goods, we’ll look to repair or replace the items in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For more information, check the full Returns Policy.
