Due to the fast-paced nature of the way we do business, we are not able to edit your Homebase order once it has been placed.
This is so we can continue to send out your orders promptly. We know this isn’t always ideal and that mistakes happen, so although we’re not able to change orders, there are a couple of things you can do if you’ve placed an order you don’t intend on keeping.
The first is to wait for your order to arrive, then return it to us to get a full refund. We’ll happily refund your item for up to 30 days so long as you send it back to us in a sellable condition. You can find out more from our returns policy.
Other than that, to cancel your order under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 you can refuse delivery. This would result in the item being sent back to us.
