For smaller items such as paint and wallpaper, the quickest and easiest way to return or exchange an order would be by taking it into your local store. However, there are a few restrictions on other items, see below.
For larger items such as indoor and outdoor furniture you’ll have to contact our customer services team. This is because these returns can be a little more difficult to manage.
