We offer a range of different delivery options on our products so you can choose a delivery date that suits you.
However there are a few restrictions to keep in mind as to when we can deliver your order. We currently deliver Monday to Saturday from 7am - 9pm. At the moment we unfortunately don’t offer delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
Here are the various delivery options you can choose from when ordering through Homebase:

Depending on your location, or if the item is delivered by our suppliers, next or named day delivery may not be available. Standard delivery is usually made within 5 days. We'll give you a rough idea of delivery times when placing your order. Deliveries to postcodes starting in BT, KW, IV, PH, PA or TR may take a little longer than stated on our website, our carriers will be in touch to confirm your delivery date. |

For selected items, you may have the option to arrange your delivery on a day of your choice, subject to availability. Costs vary depending on the product and day of delivery. Restrictions may apply.

Delivery to store |
If an item is not available at your local store, we may be able to send the item to your local store within 2 days, subject to availability.

Bulky items |
For bulkier items such as a kitchen or bathroom project, once you have completed your order our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a delivery booking on a date that suits you.

Deliveries from store |
For items that you arrange to be delivered when in store – these will be delivered within a specified window advised to you. We'll confirm delivery the day before. |
You’ll also get a message on the day of most smaller deliveries under 30kg, with the option to change date or address. This can help you choose a delivery date if you’re not available.
