If you’ve ordered items weighing under 30kg you should be able to divert your parcel, but for larger items, please contact our customer service team.
Here at Homebase, we know that sometimes you may either change your mind as to where you want your order delivered, or make a mistake on a delivery.
Something as simple as moving house and sending a parcel to an old address can cause a lot of anxiety. But don’t worry, that’s why we try to make it as easy as possible for our customers to change delivery addresses and get their parcel back on track.
If you’ve ordered one of our smaller items (under 30kg), you'll most likely receive a text message or email on the day of delivery. This will contain a link that you can use to book a different delivery date or address with our courier. This makes it really easy to divert a package to your new address.
For all other larger orders, or if you’re not sure whether your order is included in the above, please contact our customer services team. They’ll let you know if it’s possible to change the delivery address and will be happy to help you work out what to do next.
