We aim to deliver all orders within the delivery window we give you upon purchase as we know how important prompt delivery times are.
If you order online, this will be on the product page below the price. If you order in-store your date will be provided on your paperwork.
If you have placed an order through your online account, you will be able to view its current status by simply clicking ‘Your Orders’ under the Account tab. This will give you a more accurate timeframe for delivery.
We will also text you a number of updates throughout your delivery - usually once your order has started to be processed and then again once we have dispatched it. On the other hand, if it is a product fulfilled by one of our third-party suppliers, they will be in touch to let you know an accurate delivery day and time.
