If you don’t receive order confirmation right away, it’s likely that your order has been placed and things are just taking a little longer than normal.
In this world of instant communication, it’s easy to panic if you don’t get your order confirmation straightaway. You’ll usually get this via email shortly after you’ve placed an order. This will contain your order reference number and product information so you can be sure of what you’ve paid for.
Once you’ve waited for five to ten minutes, if your ‘order confirmed’ email still hasn’t arrived in your inbox there are a few things you can do to check your order has been placed.
The first is to check your junk folder – emails may end up here without you even realising. The second is to check your bank statement to see if payment is pending, you can check this via your internet banking or by ringing up your bank. If you’re still not sure, feel free to contact customer services and they’ll look into it for you.
