if your item develops a fault within 30 days of purchasing or receiving it, don't worry at all, as we'll offer a full refund or exchange.
- If you bought your item in store or via our Click & Collect service, please return your item to your local store with your receipt or proof of purchase.
- For any orders placed online, please contact our customer services team who will be able to advise, please have your order number ready.
If your product develops a fault after 30 days but within 6 months of purchase or receipt of the goods, we’ll look to repair or replace the item/s in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If your product develops a fault after 6 months, we may consider a repair or replacement, if you can show the fault was present at the time of purchase.
